Hi everybody, my name is Carla Rell and I'm an alcoholic. I don't know what Carla she was talking about. I am just delighted to be here this morning. I want to thank you Marilyn and Julie and Marie and the committee for having us out here. You guys heard Doug last night and so it's obvious why he was here. I just love him and I know you did too. Thank you for your warm hospitality. You know you are my heroes. I sat in that long timers meeting yesterday and they started the sharing at over 50 years old and we didn't make it past 30. You know you're my heroes. I know I just barely made it over the cut off line of being a senior. I guess here it's about 50 but Denny's considers it 55 so that's where I celebrated last December you know and that's where I wanted to go. I'm just delighted it works and you're my heroes. I heard the buzz in the room this morning and awake and alive and with a temperament you know life becomes as we get older we age gracefully. We have a way. We don't have the only way but we have a wonderful way of aging gracefully here and we seem to get younger and Alcoholics Anonymous and I love that. Younger more alive and more in this moment and I never wanted to be in this moment before. I wanted to be a moment from now or a moment ago but I never wanted to be in this moment and I always find it a little bit humorous to be called the spiritual speaker or speak at the spiritual breakfast because I still have yet I'm 25 years sober and I have yet to find out what part of this program is not spiritual. You know it's everywhere I go and you taught me in the second step that that if that God's everything and if God's everything there is no place that God is not. There's nothing else and but I got to find that out here. I got to awaken to that here. So I'm just delighted to be here. I'm delighted to see Leo as it was a terrific talk.
